The Salesforce Solution Architect plays a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business and customer needs and expectations. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, creating, and testing prototypes, and overseeing the deployment and integration of Salesforce solutions. You will also provide guidance and best practices to other developers and stakeholders and ensure that the solutions are aligned with the company's standards and objectives. Our team is the key technology partner for the Global Sales and Marketing team. • Analyze and understand business requirements and processes and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using various tools and technologies, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs, integrations, and workflows. • Create and test prototypes and proof-of-concepts and demonstrate them to clients and stakeholders. • Oversee the deployment and integration of Salesforce solutions, and ensure that they are functional, secure, scalable, and maintainable. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to other developers and stakeholders and share best practices and standards. • Document and communicate the design and architecture of the solutions and provide training and support as needed. • Enforce Salesforce Standards, Patterns and Best Practices • Provide recommendations to improve functional, technical, and architectural designs. • Collaborate with other technology systems (e.g., ERPs, Data warehouse, third party applications) and team leads to identify optimal solutions that align system / architecture roadmaps to overarching data strategy, sales enablement, value impact to customer, and product goals. • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Salesforce and related technologies and evaluate and recommend new solutions and features.
