The Senior Manager - Contracted Solutions will be responsible for enhancing our product portfolio to better serve owners of our vehicles. Products include Extended Service Contracts, Telematic products and other predictive offerings that help increase customer efficiency and drive customer brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manages product lines to enhance or distinguish product placemen

  • Owns market research and monitors competitive activity to identify business opportunities and address customer needs

  • Works collaboratively to establish pricing strategies

  • Communicate VOC (voice of the customer) and VOD (voice of dealer) for product improvements and competitive positioning

  • Leverage feedback from customers to develop aftersales solutions that will help optimize their total cost of ownership

  • Work cross functionally to ensure organizational alignment with all business plans to develop new products or enhance existing product lines

  • May be assigned to work on one or many strategic initiatives to positively transform the customer experience

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 8 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience

  • At least 1 year of lead experience

OR

  • Master’s degree

  • At least 6 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience

  • At least 1 year of lead experience

OR

  • At least 10 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience

  • At least 1 year of lead experience

Additional Requirements

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
