We are in search of a Technical Manager to join our team in the Western suburbs of Chicago. In this role, you will be leading a large team through a significant digital transformation journey. As the Technical Manager, you will be designing IoT solutions within Azure, leading a geofencing project, and overseeing EV vehicle data collection.

Responsibilities:

• Strategizing and designing IoT solutions within the Azure platform

• Leading a geofencing project and ensuring its efficient execution

• Overseeing the collection and management of EV vehicle data

• Guiding a large team through a digital transformation journey

• Collaborating with both onshore and offshore team members

• Utilizing Big Data and Azure Databricks for efficient data management

• Ensuring real-time data streaming with no delays

• Employing leadership skills to manage the team effectively and ensure clear communication

• Leveraging Cloud Technologies and Agile Scrum methodologies for application development

• Utilizing CRM for efficient customer relationship management.

Requirements • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies including Microsoft Azure and Azure Service Bus

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies for project management

• Proven track record in Application Development

• Knowledge of Big Data and Azure Databricks

• Understanding of Internet of Things (IoT) and Streaming Data technologies

• Demonstrated Leadership Skills in managing a team

• Ability to develop and implement strategies for application development

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
