We are looking for a HR Assistant to start June 10, 2024, with the ability to work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Their primary focus would be to file, maintain organization of HR office, and assist with various HR projects and administrative duties. (refer to brief job description below).
Ensures positive employee relations efforts within facility.
Assist with on-boarding processes for hourly positions.
Ensures compliance with corporate and facility level policies.
Utilizes knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws to handle legal or governmental proceedings.
Maintains accurate information in electronic and paper employee records.
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
Files documents into appropriate employee files.
Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
Prepares new-employee files.
Processes mail.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Maintain organization of HR office and files.
salary: $20.99 - $21 per hour
