Summary You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ANALYST in the STRIKE FORCE RESILIENCY PROGRAM (FRP) of EXPLSV ORD DISP GROUP TWO. Responsibilities You will schedule individual units of action for formal courses of instruction and follow up assessments throughout unit Optimized Force Readiness Program. You will keep managers advance of scheduled activities sufficiently in advance, by either personal presentation of information and material or by arranging for such briefings by subordinate staffs. You will perform a wide variety of office management and administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the office. You will utilize electronic mail and calendaring systems, as well as various software packages to prepare reports and briefings and other forms of correspondence, in draft and final versions for public delivery and/or publication. You will obtains information, documents, files, and other material for use in phone calls, meetings, and speeches. You will utilize knowledge of office activities and supervisor programs to locate information or material, often in response to only general instructions. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications To qualify for a GS-9, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Minimum of Two (2) years of experience working as an administrative or office environment. Experience programming with software-based interfaces (TeamBldr, Bridge, Kinduct). Experience organizing performance analysis of a large group of athletes. Experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite applications. Experience using Medical software.
