The Access Coordinator I will schedule appointments for 31 providers in the Family Medicine clinic and 5 Specialty Clinics, and same day acute care appointments for pediatric patients that cannot be seen in the All for Kids Pediatric Clinic. Duties will include; rescheduling appointments when provider\'s schedule changes and they are not going to be in clinic as originally scheduled, notifying patients when an earlier appointment extension. The Access Coordinator will also enter demographics and insurance information for new patients and verify PCP and instruct patients on how to change their PCP if necessary. 1 year clerical or administrative experience. Must have basic computer and customer service skills.
