Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $28 - $30 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Commercial HVAC - HVAC servicing

• Cleaning Units

• Changing Filters

• Greasing Motors

• Rarely working with motor belts

• Most are ground level

• If must be on roof, tie off equipment ready

• Jackets with lanyards provided

Qualifications:

• Ability to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
