We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Youth Enrichment Coach who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader). This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work *5-25 classes a week and can earn from $16/hr up to $30/hr depending on experience. More experienced candidates may be able to pursue accelerated advancement within our system.
The Company
Backed by 20 years of experience, Super Soccer Stars is one of the largest nationwide providers of enrichment soccer programs in the United States. At Soccer Stars, it's our goal to teach and build fundamental soccer skills from ages 1-14 years old in a fun and non-competitive environment. We use the soccer ball as a catalyst to provide a program that meets the developmental needs of the whole child physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally. The long-term impact will allow us to create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills, and increase youth activities across the board.
The History
Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and has been recognized as the largest operating program in the US. Soccer Stars first reached Colorado with our Aurora location in 2023 and launched in the South Denver region in the Spring of 2024. Our mission is to positively impact kids through soccer.
Our Coaches
Our coaches use individual attention to ensure every child is engaged, has fun, is safe, and learns something in every class. We use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun in a stress-free environment. Our coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success. Finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular training and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

Requirements
Enthusiasm for working with children aged 1 to 14 (primarily between 2-6 years old).
No prior coaching experience is required - we provide comprehensive training.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Passionate about soccer and willing to learn and teach age-appropriate soccer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check.
