Summary

Frontline, department-based; Supervises daily functions of assigned department; Provides clear direction & manages / advances people, processes, structures &/or programs that support direct / indirect care. The leader demonstrates behaviors in alignment with culture & creates / supports comprehensive strategies & measures progress to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Essential Functions

  • Conduct and execute audit activities.

  • Coordinate audit activities performed by department personnel serving Trinity Health Ministries.

  • Develop the Annual Work Plan in collaboration with the Audit Manager, Director and Vice President.

  • Plan and perform or supervise internal audits of Trinity Health.

  • Prepare verbal and written reports to management on audit activities.

  • Establish and maintain relationship responsibility for assigned Trinity Health Ministries.

  • Provide direct supervision to Senior and Staff Auditors on specific assignments.

  • Provide indirect administrative responsibility for Senior and Staff Auditors as needed.

  • Develop/utilize audit tools.

  • Develop and serve as a Subject Matter Resource (SMR) in select areas. Maintains SMR knowledge level; present in-service training; develop training materials and audit tools, and address department or Ministry inquiries.

  • Assist the Manager of Audit Services in establishing and implementing strategies to facilitate the accomplishment of department goals and objectives, and to meet customer needs

Minimum Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, information technology or other related field

.•Minimum of four (4) years of progressively more responsible combined public accounting, internal audit, regulatory compliance and/or financial/IT operations/experience.

•Experience supervising & managing people; including progressive leadership experience of leading a team

•Experience employing audit techniques including data analytics.

•Experience communicating observations verbally and in writing

.•Experience with computers including MicroSoft 365, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.

Hourly payranges: $40.62 - $60.93
