Supply Chain Coordinator needed by STMicroelectronics, Inc. in Livonia, MI to develop systems, processes, databases, and tools in direct support of the business including ecommerce and supply chain. Maintain and provide support to sales related activities for a select customer base in the automotive industry. Utilize sales related systems software such as Prisma, Business Objects, Access, data warehouses (msdw), Excel, as well as web-based applications and CRN sites. Support and manage the analysis of the assignment business operations within the automotive industry. Develop and implement service improvement strategies and programs to achieve service and group strategic objectives to grow sales and profitability. Support projects at a technical level including supply chain, creating service metric reports for business through Contract Manufacturers (and OEM), and Application Bill Of Material. Receive customer forecast detail, books, verifies, enters, monitors, tracks, and expedites orders/frames through detailed backlog management. Assist the customer in planning and identifying forecasting trends to meet business needs while utilizing the most appropriate supply chain business model on a global platform. Generate and/or compiles customer release, backlog, and delivery history records and related reports. Responsible for all aspects of quality in work, processes, products, and results. Discuss with division to meet customers demand based on production capacity. Manage customer demand analyses.
