Then apply for a Mechanical Engineering internship in Gillette’s Process & Engineering (P&E) department at Procter & Gamble (P&G), the bridge between Design and Manufacture. We are a group who always look for opportunities - whether that's in researching and testing a new technology; improving a piece of equipment's efficiency; or even making a process more sustainable to help reach the company's 2030 and 2040 Sustainability Goals. We believe that there is always an opportunity to grow and develop. If you were to join our team, you would be given responsibility from Day 1 to collaborate with vendors to design, develop and deliver equipment to our global partners, and be part of Design Reviews to expand initial concepts into our world-renowned products and packs.

What To Expect:

We offer 3 to 6-month internship placements in either our Moulding, Packing or Assembly groups. During your internship you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in P&E with P&G involves, and if it is right for you.

You will be working on live business projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Previous internship projects have covered topics such as creating a 'Gold Standard' process in sustainability for our worldwide Molding equipment, designing the Disposables Cartridge Assembly Machine Unload Flip Mechanism, and evaluating automation in packing tool lines.

Sounds challenging? Don’t worry – we don’t expect you to know how to do this, we can teach you. Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training as they deliver their work. If you are looking for an exciting and challenging experience, have a passion for winning, strong leadership credentials and an interest in pursuing a career at P&G – this internship is for you!

Positions available in Łódź P&G Gillette.

What You Will Gain:

Responsibilities and Real Work from Day1 – You will have specific projects and responsibilities working on real and live business challenges, just like a true P&Ger.

Continuous training & coaching – You will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager.

An attractive compensation and benefits package-which allows to cover accommodation costs if necessary

Full Time Role - Successful interns have the potential to secure a full-time position with P&G after graduation. As a 'build from within' company, our people start at entry level and progress through the organization. When we make a job offer, it’s with the expectation that you will grow into one of our future leaders, and to help you get there, you will work closely with skilled P&G veterans for mentoring and coaching at every step.
