Job Title: Global Infrastructure, Team Lead

Location: Logan, UT- On site

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for ensuring continuity of the Client Technologies services and systems through, planning, technical leadership and project management across Utah and Canada sites.

  • Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal

  • Communicate clear instructions to associates and other team members

  • Manage the flow of day-to-day operations across the Utah and Canada sites..

  • Perform regular IT audit to discover areas of weaknesses and fortify them.

  • Provide technical support to clients through various channels of communication

  • Responsible for the deployment, maintenance, support and upgrade of all end user IT and telephony equipment, operating systems and applications, server and network infrastructure, and printing systems

  • Daily management of Utah and Canada Client Technologies operations and assumes responsibility for workloads and delivery against team objectives.

  • Policy development and compliance management including audit review and support.

  • Execute defined operational and application security protocols, support of reviews and security investigations.

  • Identify continuous improvement and lower cost to serve initiatives.

  • Contribute meeting the departmental key performance indicators.

  • Ensure all business policies and standards related to client services and IT security and compliance are being met.

  • Provide training to user communities as required

Who you are

  • 5 years of relevant experience or a degree

  • Up-to-date professional certification in the relevant technical area.

  • Technical expertise in client devices, operating systems and applications, desktop management and support tools, and server technologies.

  • Strong end user support and process experience.

  • Strong Team management and mentoring skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills including presentation.

  • Must be very security conscious and do all it takes to avoid sensitive data falling into wrong hands.

  • Have in-depth knowledge of management goals, visions and work in line with team members to achieve them.

  • Be prepared to travel and work unsociable hours.

  • Provide out of hours support.

  • Provide cover for National Holidays.

  • Language – ability to read/write English

  • Travel Flexibility – ability and willingness to travel on fairly short notice if necessary, within the region.
