CAMP SAVER LLC Shipping and Fulfillment Team Leader (Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm) in LOGAN, Utah
The Shipping & Fulfillment Team Lead role is responsible for overseeing and participating in the daily shipping operations of the warehouse.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee all fulfilment activities to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Review daily workload for the Shipping side of the warehouse and coordinate with staff to complete.
- Work with supervisor to manage the resources between Shipping and Receiving.
- Ensure staff is properly trained and proficient in all warehouse tasks and safety procedures.
- Proper document outgoing freight and prepare it for shipping.
- Make sure all freight is shipped per policy and procedures ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensures products are properly put-away in the warehouse and the warehouse stays organized, clean and safe to expedite workflow and increase safety.
- Provide leadership, direction and correction to Warehouse Crew Members.
- All duties and responsibilities associated with being a Warehouse Crew Member.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements
- You must be a U.S. Person as defined by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
- Experience in distribution center environment preferred
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, climb ladders, push/pull heavy carts continuously during their shift.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist and reach over their head while pushing and pulling boxes weighing 30 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for entire shift
- Must possess good attendance and performance record
- Must be able to manage labor and work load
