Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

  • Experience working with executives on the Administrative front.

  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to interact with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in direct executive support.

  • Experience with effective calendar management, complex and high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and efficient budgeting of events.

  • Ability to navigate a complex environment to collaborate and effectively communicate across a diverse range of people and job functions.

  • Ability to handle multiple urgent priorities independently with capabilities in project management to further support the organization or office site that you manage.

You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects.   • Provide expertise across the full spectrum of administrative tasks (e.g., calendar management, travel scheduling, Exec expense management, event and budget management)

  • Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and executives of the organization you are supporting. Use judgment and discretion to make decisions especially in complex, ambiguous or time sensitive situations.

  • Understand the business and people needs, and proactively identify process or operational improvements to allow the business to run more efficiently.

  • Maintain confidentiality. Be a subject matter expert of internal systems and policies.

  • Act as guardian to executive's time through careful calendar management, and maximizing and protecting their time in alignment with their goals and priorities.
