Amazon Contracts Manager, Amazon Studios EU in London, United Kingdom

Description

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to be based in London, Paris, Milan, or Madrid to support Amazon Studio’s rapidly growing businesses. We are currently looking for someone who has the uncanny ability to always know where they are needed, can identify and implement process improvements, and can effectively work cross-functionally with other teams.

Key job responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include: negotiating, documenting, and managing a variety of television development and production agreements, including short form individual services agreements; managing paperwork and legal processes, including advising creative, finance, and other internal stakeholders on contractual terms, managing projects through the right management system, and conducting periodic audits to ensure contractual and guild compliance; assisting with legal operations and process improvements and conducting client trainings.

London, GBR

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a contracts manager or paralegal

• Experience working with third party contractual relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Bachelor's degree

• Previous in-house legal experience a plus Amazon

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many simultaneous workstreams, clients, and projects under tight deadlines

• Demonstrates good judgment even in ambiguous situations
