ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at an exciting time in CoStar’s growth! The role will be part of our international HR team which supports the business in its operations in EMEA & APAC.

This role will focus on the supporting the Talent Acquisition team as we seek to attract the very best people to support us and our continued to expansion. From the earliest part of the candidate’s journey, through to becoming an employee, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth experience through interviews, travel, and at the offer stage. You will be a part of an experience that makes CoStar Group the employer of choice through swift and effective process management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate Recruitment Activities: Scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, supporting on travel arrangements where required and facilitating communication between our Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers and candidates.

  • Supporting Offer Logistics: Create and prepare employment contracts, welcome letters and additionaldocumentation.

  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless transition for new hires, assisting with onboarding, pre-employment screening and orientation logistics.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment activities, including data privacy regulations and equal employment opportunity guidelines.

  • Support the event management of university graduate fairs including ordering merchandise and attending the fair.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ideally Workday Experience, or experience with another ATS/HR System

  • Proven work experiencean HR or Recruitment capacity.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Exceptional prioritisation, organisational and administrative skills

  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion

  • French, Spanish or Germanlanguage skills would be beneficial
