Key Outcomes

  • Deliver our retail transformation plan in Global Travel to ensure Diageo brands are the most visible and engaging in the channel.

  • Manage a variety of permanent retail projects across production and installation.

  • Report on progress, quality, and costs to the wider business.

About You:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in retail implementation in luxury branded environments.

  • Evidence management of complex end-to-end projects including agreeing timescales, costs, and resources, negotiating with contractors and suppliers, and drawing up plans for each project stage.

  • Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively internally and externally with good negotiation skills.

  • Evidence of working comfortably in a highly ambiguous environment at pace, balancing multiple projects and stakeholders.

  • Experience delivering projects within airport retail environments across multiple countries is a major plus.

  • Experience reading and checking technical drawings preferable

  • Fluency in Spanish preferable but not mandatory.

  • Ability to start as soon as possible 4-5 days a week for an initial 6-month period.

Requirements

  • Brief Summary : Looking for a Functional Project Manager to support delivery of retail fixture projects in duty free locations. Will be looking after multiple live projects about 60 numbers or more. Need someone eager to build relationship and skilled negotiator in successfully delivering projects across the Americas.

  • This PM will work with our suppliers and stake holders, handling day to day communication following end to end project life cycle process.

  • Top Required skills: Relationship building, and Excellent communication skills, Production knowledge (retail fixture) and project management, Microsoft office suite office

  • Preferred/ Good to have Skills - Spanish is highly desired/preferred, good to have Production

  • Years of experience: 4+ years of experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree however HM prefers experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree

  • Shift timings: Regular Day shift with flexible timings, Monday to Friday
