What you will do

Based in the UK, the Senior Learning Technologies Consultant is responsible for preparing and maintaining the technical tools that support the end user experience for training, including, creating and uploading strategic patient data profiles that align to client's custom benefits and high impact workflows and ensure staff have hands-on practice activities in a mock domain prior to the implementation. This role will also be responsible for designing, creating and reporting on eCoach, an embedded contextual tool that offers clinicians just in time support when using the system.

Other responsibilities:

· Build and test complex local configuration on the train domain

· Improve and execute test plans and test scripts

· Manage creation and load of patient data sets

· Troubleshoot complex issues on the train domain and consult with others to resolve

· Consult customers on best practice for design and maintenance to ensure end user readiness.

Career Level - IC2

Responsibilities

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

  • Plus at least 2 years’ work experience directly related to the job, including application configuration experience

Preferred experience

  • Knowledge of Cerner Millennium applications or equivalent EPR

  • At least 1 year of health care information technology (HCIT) consulting and/ or other client facing or HCIT solution work experience

  • NHS Experience

Expectations

  • Willing to travel to client site as needed

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
