Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of Tradeweb's in-house tool, Sigma, which is used for monitoring and generating reports on trading activity

• Collaborate with Technology, Data, and Risk teams to extend current frameworks for real-time monitoring of daily trading flows from end to end

• Provide risk management overlay to Tradeweb's global trading flow

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Computer Science background or equivalent practical experience

• 2-4 years of work experience in developing solutions for large data sets

• Proficiency in Python, R or similar programming language

• Strong proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Grafana

• Excellent SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets

• Ability to deliver insightful monitoring dashboards and reports

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and business stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of trading systems, financial markets and trade life-cycles

• Familiarity with Snowflake data warehouse platform

• Familiarity with AWS tools for data engineering

• Understanding of risk management principles and their applications in trading environments
