The Global Procurement Operations (GPO) identify and procures goods and services at the best value for business, maintaining the quality of products and ensuring that alternative sources of supply are available.

As a Sustainability Program Manager within GPO team, you will play a pivotal role in embedding social responsibility and environmental sustainability into the heart of our procurement programs. Your mission will be to ensure that our supply chain not only meets but exceeds global standards for ethical behavior, human rights, and environmental stewardship, with focus on Scope 3 emissions. We are looking for someone who can contribute to the team’s operational excellence by assisting with the execution of our compliance requirements.

To be successful, one must be comfortable working on tasks requiring strong judgment, be able to critically evaluate the regulatory environment to determine the best path forward, and have the ability to effectively communicate recommendations and assessments to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, and must be able to identify and document improvement opportunities within the processes you work on.

Key job responsibilities

  • Define, implement, and communicate recommendations related to program policies, procedures, internal controls, roles and responsibilities.

  • Serve as a liaison between WWS, WW OPs, GPO and all business units for goal and roadmap alignment.

  • Ensure quality and timely written and verbal inputs to team communications and business reviews.

  • Ownership and responsibility over Sustainability budget and financial planning.

  • Collaborate with S2PE and WWS to confirm compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in program or project management

  • Experience in supply chain

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

  • Experience leading process improvements
