This position consists of heavy filing, organization of workplace, and managing incoming phone calls.

Candidate will be responsible for performing administrative duties NOT limited to:

  • Candidate must have a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and auto insurance for $100K/$300K bodily injury.

  • Candidate must also be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • This position is responsible for all runs and the processing/distribution of all outgoing/incoming correspondence.

  • Must be able to multi task and pay attention to details.

  • Manually enters data into spreadsheets or other digital software

  • Transfers data from hard copy to a digital database

  • Prepares and sorts documents for data entry

  • Maintains database by entering new and updated information

This position is full time, Monday – Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm

Requirements

  • Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 40 lbs

  • Dependable vehicle

  • Clean driving record

  • Auto insurance with $100/$300 coverage

  • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.

  • Attention to detail and good time management skills.
