General Summary:

The Client Budget Manager's primary responsibility will be to assist in the oversight of Lexus Dealer Association (LDA) financials. They will work closely with internal teams in the four Team One regional offices, external partners, and LDA accounting firm.

Day to Day :

  • Produce and distribute monthly financial reports, invoices, and other financial documents (top market reports, regional billings, production/EM billings, SOAs)

  • Assist with monthly budget summary report (BSR) data entry

  • Assist in monthly billing reconciliation (CMRs, regional areas discrepancy logs)

  • Act as liaison with internal teams in regional offices to ensure billing documents are completed/distributed and deadlines are met

  • Process weekly payment requests for Non-Agency buys (NABAs)

  • Provide day to day administrative support: server management, meeting notes, meeting setup, meeting invites, email list management, updates to SOPs, etc.

  • Maintain organized records of all financial documents on financial server/online database (BOX/xlsshare)

  • Provides direct support to Account Supervisor on daily tasks and assignments

  • Builds relationships with account leads at Team One headquarters and in the four regional offices.

Experience: 2 years office experience preferred.

Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, responsible, a self-starter with a “team player” attitude.

  • Background in financials and/or media is preferred but not necessary.

Compensation Range: $58,500.00 - $92,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
