This position supports pre and post-sales activity for our customer base as well as for the Sales group within the Beckman Life Sciences product portfolio. Cytobank is a cloud-based machine learning platform that is enabling faster, more thorough analysis, visualization, and management of high dimensional data in single cell biological research.
Pre-sales activities including customer consultations, customer site-based demos, workflow studies, and supporting scientific meetings.
Post-sales activities including customer training, implementation of new platforms at customer sites, handling applications support tickets and troubleshooting
Interacting with Cytobank Software development and QA teams to troubleshoot technical issues and defining requirements for bug fixes
Helping develop and maintain support literature
Promoting Beckman Coulter Flow cytometer system and reagents
Bachelor's degree in biological science, Master’s or PhD in immunology a plus
Experience with fluorescent and/or mass cytometry
2 years experience using the Cytobank platform and/or other cytometry software
Coursework and/or experience with software development and/or informatics
Experience with genomics a plus
Experience applying and optimizing machine learning algorithms for data analysis. Technical support experience
Experience using Zendesk a plus
