A plaintiff litigation firm is seeking a new legal assistant with 2+ years of experience. The ideal legal assistant will have experience with plaintiff lemon law, employment, or personal injury litigation. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement for this legal assistant position. This is a booming firm with a friendly and collaborative team environment!

This legal assistant will be responsible for a mix of assistant and paralegal responsibilities:

• State court filings

• Calendaring

• Document formatting - TOA, TOC, motions, briefs, pleadings, etc.

• Assisting with discovery

• Communicating with clients

• Requesting, organizing, and tracking documents and records
