Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with a solid background in accounting and proficiency in managing multiple ERP systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial activities for various clients across different industries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in accounting processes. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, coupled with a degree in accounting or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Accounting Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for project accounting activities for multiple clients. Manage and oversee financial transactions, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for various projects.

  • ERP Systems Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in managing multiple ERP systems efficiently. Ability to navigate, troubleshoot, and optimize processes within different ERP platforms to ensure accurate financial data management.

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to clients. Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis, budget vs. actuals, and forecasting projections.

  • Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies. Stay updated on accounting principles and industry best practices to mitigate risks and maintain financial integrity.

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and proactive communication. Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate effectively to meet their financial objectives.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, procurement, and finance departments, to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to junior accounting staff on project accounting processes, ERP systems usage, and best practices. Foster a culture of learning and development within the accounting team.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in project accounting roles.

  • Proficiency in managing multiple ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
