Description We are searching for a meticulous Staff Accountant to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This role revolves around managing our financial procedures, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. It's a hybrid role that provides flexibility, requiring a few in-office days and the remainder working from home. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day corporate accounting tasks, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.

• Handle invoice accruals, prepaid accounting, and amortizations, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date.

• Prepare and book payroll journal entries, assisting in the month-end close process.

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Conduct bank reconciliations, ensuring all financial transactions align with bank statements.

• Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP to manage financial data.

• Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance, promptly addressing and resolving any discrepancies.

• Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and procedures.

• Develop financial reports for management to review and assist in decision making. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations

• Knowledge of General Ledger management

• Ability to prepare and post Journal Entries

• Familiarity with Month End Close procedures

• Proficiency in using NetSuite and Oracle for accounting purposes

• Experience with QuickBooks software

• Knowledge of SAP for financial management

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
