What You Can Expect

  • Drive advocacy, visibility, and loyalty for Jack Daniel’s within the on-premise and event spaces, creating memorable trial and adoption experiences.

  • Elevate the brand's presence and advocacy in the industry, focusing on strategic, must-win markets.

  • Seamlessly execute trade-facing activities and consumer engagements, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.

  • Represent Jack Daniel’s at major trade shows and events, delivering compelling brand-driven seminars and tastings.

  • Spearhead targeted trade outreach in key accounts, while proactively identifying and pursuing new brand opportunities.

  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators related to menu placements, trade events, distributor engagements, educational initiatives, and social media impact.

  • Participate in and contribute to national cocktail festivals and other brand advocacy projects, including POS materials and cocktail recipe guides.

  • Utilize local media opportunities to amplify brand messaging and initiatives.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Minimum of 4 years of marketing or sales experience in the spirits or beverage alcohol industry.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to present effectively to audiences of all sizes.

  • Deep knowledge of spirits categories with the skill to educate and inform others.

  • Proven experience in managing collaborations with external agency partners.

  • A track record of developing and executing innovative strategies that contribute to brand growth.

  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time, including some weekends, to meet the demands of the role.

Pay

The base pay salary will be $108,601- $120,674 . Paid semi-monthly, plus the cost of labor allowance equal to 15% of the base salary. NOTE: Base salary range depends on a combination of job-related factors to include candidate skills, experience and internal equity.
