Robert Half Workplace Experience Coordinator in Los Angeles, California

Description

  • Assist the team with general administrative tasks, including invoice processing, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

  • Liaise with building and equipment services providers as needed, ensuring timely resolution of requests.

  • Manage the accuracy, production quality, and retention of program materials, including SharePoint sites administration.

  • Ensure compliance of client and company materials with brand guidelines.

  • Attend move meetings and coordinate all moves with client contacts.

  • Address customer requests and complaints regarding Workplace Experience services.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors providing services and goods to the office.

  • Ensure all vendors have current proof of insurance and contractual documentation.

  • Facilitate Workplace Experience team member and third-party service provider onboarding processes, including new employee orientation and training.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Requirements

HS Diploma or GED required.

A minimum of 1 - 2 years related experience

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients co-workers and/or supervisor.

Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.

Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people. Warm and engaging demeanor.

Ability to assess circumstances empathize and offer help.

Financial Knowledge- Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

Reasoning Ability- to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.

Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.

Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word Excel PowerPoint Visio SharePoint OneNote Outlook etc.
