Papa John's International Associate Logistics Analyst in Louisville, Kentucky

Job Summary

The Associate Logistics Analyst provides data collection and analytical support for corporate and field transportation/logistics initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Analysis of Transportation and Logistics related data

  • Reporting – Provide detailed and thorough reporting and analysis in various areas of Corporate Transportation

  • Serve as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for system and ad hoc generated reports from various Transportation systems

  • Provides direct system support for the QCC transportation teams

  • Provides occasional after hours and weekend support for QCC users

  • Support transportation process improvement and optimization project work

Education, Experience & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Mathematics, Computer Science, Big Data, Analytics, or Statistics

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Functional Skills

  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite – Advanced Excel Skills (lookup formulas, pivot tables, charts, graphs, macros, etc.)

  • Basic Office Skills – Email and Phone skills

  • Transportation Management Systems familiarity – Shipment management, Asset tracking, dispatch, route design. Examples:Manhattan TPE, Oracle OTM, McLeod Loadmaster, TMW Appian Direct Route, AddSecure, GeoTab, Samsara, PeopleNet, etc.

  • Intellectual capability to deal with complex concepts

  • Integrity and trust in interactions

  • Ability to prioritize work and eliminate roadblocks to accomplish goals

  • Strong time management and planning skills

  • Effective written communication skills

  • Ability to present to and deal comfortably with higher levels of leadership
