Honeywell Field Service Technician I in Louisville, Kentucky

Honeywell is seeking a Field Service Technician based in Louisville, Kentucky.

Learn and complete the on-site inspection of gas facilities, appropriately investigate specific findings, properly document all inspection results, maintain a safe work environment, and respectfully communicate to customers. You typically work alone without supervision all over the 18 county service territory held by our client. You will follow detailed work instruction and escalate any identified concerns as necessary to either Honeywell management or host company personnel. You should identify, escalate, and explore opportunities to improve the procedures for the sake of efficiency and/or effectiveness. You should communicate any administrative difficulties relating to the documentation of various inspections. You will also be responsible for protecting and maintaining the equipment you are assigned to use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and document appropriately.

  • Maintain safe work environment for yourself and others.

  • Report Abnormal Operating Conditions if identified.

  • Provide support for the work force when necessary.

You Must Have:

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent.

  • Valid Driver’s license

  • Some experience in the field.

  • Ability to follow instructions.

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical/professional certificate.
