Position Overview

[Under general supervision of the Operations Engineering and Planning Manager, the Manufacturing Engineer (ME) is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. ME is responsible for protecting the integrity of the product structure. Their role is to set criteria to allow an efficient workflow for producing a quality product [and effectively communicating these criteria to a variety of teams[. The duties include researching automation techniques, testing new systems for efficiency, and planning production layout to optimize workflow. The ME will strive to eliminate waste in the manufacturing process by identifying sources and applying lean practices, modern technology, and engineering principles to refine the system and resolve problems. ]{verdana",sans-serif"=""}]{verdana",sans-serif"=""}]{verdana",sans-serif"=""}

Compensation and Benefits
