Job Description

An employer is looking for a Scrum Master in the Louisville, KY area. Your primary responsibility will be to lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical products within budget and timeline. You will own the general scrum master responsibilities as well as help with client with their agile transformation efforts through Agile coaching/ mentoring. You will help remove obstacles that affect the team's delivery and escalate as needed. You will also leverage the Azure Devops and the Agile methodology to manage delivery and educate team members on those intricacies.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years experience in Scrum Master roles

Strong Agile/ Scrum background

Experience with Azure Devops

Project management experience/ background

Agile coaching/ mentoring experience Experience leading Agile transformations null
