Job Title: Talent Acquisition Leader

Job Description

We seek an experienced HR Business Partner with 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. This role will be the primary team member focusing on talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be critical in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers across various departments. Expectations for all HR team members are that they possess the expertise to drive organizational effectiveness and support business objectives and collaborate with various departments to implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and compliance.

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment

  • Focus on talent acquisition and recruitment with progressions in job responsibility

  • Manufacturing background

  • Demonstrated success in previous roles

Soft Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a player-coach work ethic

  • Visionary leadership with a strategic mindset and the ability to inspire others

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Louisville, Kentucky.

Work Environment

This position will be onsite in the office Monday - Friday, hours ranging 7-8am start to 4-5pm
