Description We are offering a role in the agriculture industry located in Loveland, Colorado. The role primarily involves Accounts Payable Clerk responsibilities in a workplace that values safety, integrity, and innovation. This role is on a contract basis and offers an opportunity to become an integral part of our team.


• Work towards resolution of escalated issues from Managed Services, coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve AP Payments issues.

• Coordinate with Managed Services on check runs including weekly and emergency check runs on-site.

• Process special handling Courier requests and mail.

• Ensure all proposals and selections are distributed and managed by Managed Services per schedule for all ERPs.

• Monitor ServiceNow requests and incidents for AP Payments catalog to ensure timely response per internal SLAs.

• Work within stated internal KPIs and SLAs.

• Responsible for understanding process flows by function and interactions between Managed Services and FBS PTP.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Extensive experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Payment Processing

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to perform research and reconciliations effectively

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Experience in retail and handling stakeholders

• Understanding of Treasury operations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes

• Strong written communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive company information

• Experience with Check Runs and KPI Reporting

• Proficiency in using About Time software and providing Workstation Support

• Understanding of company policies and procedures

• Basic computer system knowledge

• Ability to adhere to company's confidentiality policies.
