Brunswick 1st Shift Production Picker/Operator in Lowell, Michigan

Responsibilities for this position will include:

  • Fulfill and load manufacturing components accurately and timely

  • Accurately count and package parts for production use

  • Store final products in appropriate area(s)

  • Maintain records and report stock usage

  • Accurately use RF (radio frequency) scan guns

  • Complete computer updates on warehouse functions

  • Operate in trained manufacturing area when time allows

  • Unload delivery trucks if necessary

  • Courteous interaction with fellow associates

  • Working SAFELY under OSHA and company guidelines to prevent injury of themselves and others around them

  • Other duties as required by management

Requirements for this position include:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Prior Hi-Lo/Reach Truck experience required

  • 6 months experience working in a warehouse environment required

  • Ability and willingness to use all warehouse equipment (hi-lo, deep reach truck, order picker, walkie pallet jack, cart, etc)

  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

  • Will require physical strength, agility, and standing for extended periods
