Navico Group is a stand-alone division of Brunswick, the world’s largest recreational marine business. We are seeking a Warranty Technician to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity where you will enter a position that merges Customer Service, Quality and Technical Support knowledge. The best candidate for this role should have the ability to perform administrative functions, demonstrate the ability to learn and understand technical specifications of product and diligently log, record and report data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vet and process Warranty claims against warranty contracts in a timely manner

  • Record detailed records of all claims processed into our CRM system

  • Achieve and maintain technical certifications as required Participate in or lead improvement projects as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements :

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a contact center or similar relevant experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization

  • Quality and/or Lean Six Sigma exposure/experience preferred/ continuous improvement mindset required

  • Process and goal orientated

  • Demonstrated history of independent work

  • Marine or RV industry experience highly weighted

  • Experience with ERP database tools desired

  • Experience with CRM database tools (preferably Salesforce) desired

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a large team

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Working knowledge of ERP database tools

  • Working knowledge of CRM database tools (preferably Salesforce)

  • Ability to work remotely and in an office environment

  • Ability to learn and apply learnings of technical trainings for various product lines
