BrightStar Care Intake Registered Nurse, RN in Lubbock, Texas
As an Intake Nurse. RN you will be part of the intake process. You will be responsible for assessing the environment, coordinating the care, and serves as the first contact for our clients. This is an exciting role for an RN who enjoys a fast-paced environment and the ability to expand and maintain a vast nursing skill set. Your schedule & pay scale: * full time * $1300 per week * Weekly Pay * Lubbock, TX (home health) How you'll make a difference: * Develops and updates as necessary Plan of Care that corresponds with the physician’s orders through assessment of patient's needs, condition, environment, consultation with other health team members. * Schedule pre-admission visit and evaluate every potential patient for admission criteria. * Obtain all necessary intake information and physician’s start-of-care order. * Provides teaching and counsels both patient and family. * Provides skilled nursing care aligned with BrightStar Care standards for patient care and general medical policies. What's required to join our team: * Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Texas. * Minimum of three (3) years experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
