ConvenientMD Urgent Care Radiological Technologist in Ludlow, Massachusetts

LUDLOW Radiological Technologist Job Summary: The Radiologic Technologist will operate computerized and manual radiological equipment for diagnostic purposes. The Radiologic Technologist (RT) is responsible for the performance of radiologic procedures and studies while maintaining and managing all Radiographic Equipment in the clinic. The RT, will work alongside the Medical direction of ConvenientMD. The RT will work closely with all clinical team members, completing all shared clinical responsibilities, procedures and job functions within their scope of practice. Required Skills and Competencies: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, Holiday and on-call duty. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports and related documents and to maintain working relationships with physicians and other team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Identifies better ways of working, be resourceful to achieve the best outcomes for patients, the team and the organization. Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Provide accurate documentation of patient\'s medical history, records and reports with the support of Electronic Medical Recording software. Observes patients, charting and reporting changes in conditions such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment and takes necessary actions. Identifies better ways of working, demonstrating courage and resourcefulness to achieve the best outcomes for patients, the team and the organization. Demonstrates curiosity and a willingness to share your individual perspective & insights while fostering an openness to the perspective of others. Education and Credentials: State Licensed with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT), required. Basic Life Supports (BLS) for Healthcare Professionals (Online Courses & Certifications Not Accepted). Experience: 1-2 years of experience as an American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), preferred. 1-2 years of patient triage experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Department, preferred. Travel: Must be able to work at a minimum of three (3) other ConvenientMD locations within a one (1) hour travel distance from your primary clinic. Required to travel for training shifts which will occur outside of your primary clinic within a one (1) hour commute.
