The Work:

As an F-35 Scheduler, you'll be at the forefront of coordinating training activities, working closely with various stakeholders to optimize scheduling and resource allocation. Whether you're assigned to the Academic Training Center (ATC) or a Flying Squadron Contract (FSC), your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our training operations.

Basic Qualifications:

Candidate must have prior scheduling experience with a military flying unit and be familiar with syllabus-based training. Candidate must have worked in an environment which required them to interact with multiple functional areas and personnel of a diverse nature. Use of Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) is required. Candidate must have outstanding interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication abilities, solid ability to organize and work independently and a high desire to provide customer satisfaction.

Desired Skills:

Prior F-35 TMS and/or GTIMS experience at Luke AFB strongly desired. Working knowledge of flying training syllabus. Scheduling experience in a formal fighter training unit. Previous military service.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
