Wayfair Sales Specialist in Lynnfield, Massachusetts

<p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p>


<li>Provide an authentic, friendly customer experience that exemplifies our Wayfair commitment to relentless customer focus.</li>

<li>Provide coaching and support to the Sales Associate team and support their allocated workload efforts as determined by the Store Leader. Depending on the specific work shift, this associate will help open and/or close the store, with keyholder responsibilities.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Support associates to help drive exceptional customer service and maintain a strong visible presence in the designated work area to drive sales and strong customer service.</li>

<li>Support Store Leaders to train and develop associates on knowledge of our product, selling,&nbsp; customer service, operations, visual, and other aspects of their roles. .</li>

<li>Along with the Store Manager, provide helpful observation feedback and thoughtful guidance to Sales Associates to aid them to&nbsp; adapt and grow.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Focus on delivering and driving individual and team sales and service KPIs, productivity standards and store goals.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Lead the use of utilization design tools, CRM software and client accounts for consistent customer experience and record keeping.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Master selling essentials, sales analytics tools, and other training resources to educate the team on our wide array of product assortment.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Manage and monitor stock levels, merchandise adjacencies,&nbsp; presentations, signing, and assortment in all departments to ensure the sales-floor is adequately stocked. Maintain visual standards of the store, per home office directive.</li>

<li>Work with a team to ensure the store meets visual, replenishment, cleanliness, safety and back of house standards during floor leadership shifts.</li>

<li>Engage in a high energy and dynamic work environment where there can be rapid changes in products, promotions, offerings and operations.</li>


<p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p>


<li>2+ years experience motivating a team to achieve sales goals (preferably as a store Leader or Trainer)</li>

<li>Passion for great customer service and a drive to exceed sales targets.</li>

<li>Strong organization, self-motivation, communication and relationship management skills</li>

<li>An ability to handle customer escalations and demonstrate professional maturity</li>

<li>Ability to learn and adapt to a vast product catalog</li>

<li>Track record of thriving in a fast paced and changing environment.</li>

<li>Demonstrated ability to work within a team sales environment.</li>

<li>Technical acumen to learn necessary software; proficiency in Google Suites and/or Microsoft Office applications preferred.</li>

<li>Track record of thriving in a fast paced and changing environment, with an ability to adapt and grow</li>

<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays</li>

<li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; regularly climb or balance; and frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly, frequently or occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs</li>

<li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.</li>
