Isarn Thai Lynnwood, LLC Thai Specialty Cook (Several Positions) in Lynnwood, Washington
At Isarn Thai Soul Kitchen, we offer delicious, traditional Thai cuisine, specifically from the northeastern region of Thailand (Isarn food). Our dishes, such as Pad-Mee-Grati and Nam Prik Ong, are specially crafted and prepared by skilled cooks. TripAdvisor ranks us #1 out of the 26 Thai restaurants in the Lynnwood area. Thus, we are looking to fill our team with talented and specialized Thai Specialty Cooks, who will perform the following duties:
- Cook authentic Thai foods according to our recipes by applying an understanding of Thai cuisine, (especially Isarn food);
- Be able to handle preparing multiple delicious Thai dishes under time pressure;
- Assist the Executive Chef in creating new and exciting menus;
- Prepare a variety of types of authentic Thai pastes, marinating sauces, and dipping sauce for specialty dishes;
- Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met;
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety; and
- Check stock levels and order supplies.
SALARY: $70,907 /year
