A Day in the Life

The Medtronic Graduate Program- Enterprise Accounts is designed to give you a comprehensive overview of the different functions and roles of the Enterprise Accounts team, which manages strategic partnerships with key customers and stakeholders. You will gain exposure in various business areas, giving you valuable insights into how Medtronic delivers innovative products and services that address the needs of patients, clinicians, and healthcare systems. You will receive extensive training, mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals who will help you develop your skills and competencies. You will also have the chance to network with other graduates and colleagues and exposure to senior leaders and executives across the organisation.

As a participant in this program, you will learn skills below:

  • Supporting and working with our Cardiovascular, Medical, Surgical, & Neuroscience Portfolios in delivering their business results to Strategic Accounts customers.

  • Applying analytical and problem-solving skills to provide insight into the financial performance of Corporate and Strategic Accounts.

  • Delivering high-quality work and demonstrating initiative and creativity by building and iterating Power BI dashboards, modelling and analyzing commercial deals.

  • Prepare PowerPoint presentation slides for C-Suite customers internally and externally, demonstrating performance, graphs, trends, and insights.

  • Implementing continual process improvement and task standardization to your day-to-day work

About the program:

  • The successful candidate will be based in Sydney.

  • This is a 24-month, fixed-term, full-time position.

Must-Have:

  • Graduate of a relevant Undergraduate Business, Finance, Accounting or Marketing degree

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills and a passion for healthcare and customer service.

The screening process for this role consists of a video interview, a psychological assessment, a phone call with a recruitment partner and a virtual or face-to-face interview with a panel of interviewers.
