This Accounting Manager is responsible for the daily management and operations of General Accounting for all UPH-Meriter entities. They are responsible for content, timing and accuracy of financial statement(s) prepared monthly by the accountants. The Accounting Manager is also responsible for financial controls and the accounts payable and payroll functions.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5 years accounting experience with 3 years supervisory experience, preferably in health care
Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to train and lead a team
Large accounting system applications experience
Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
CPA, HFMA certification
Lawson or PeopleSoft experience
