Primary Responsibilities HDR is currently seeking a CAD/BIM Specialist to join our Madison, WI or our Minneapolis, MN office. The primary duties of the CAD/BIM Specialist are to support the Bridge Section with the production of drawings, layouts, sketches, and graphic representations of engineering designs using computer-aided design software with occasional assistance from supervisors, engineers, and project managers. Secondary duties include quantity take-offs, plan sheet production, field investigations and inspections, and supporting other Transportation sections with engineering tasks. #LI-LA1 Qualifications Required Qualifications Associate or technical school degree in engineering, construction management, computer programming, information technology or related field 3 years experience in civil and structural design with BIM programs Strong conceptual, organizational, problem solving, and collaboration skills Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills A willingness to work on a variety of transportation-related projects across multiple business lines including office work and field...
