Aerotek Hiring Concrete Workers Immediately - 20-35/hr in Madison, Wisconsin

We are currently looking hire multiple experienced concrete laborers and finish to our commercial as well as our residential crews to start as soon as possible. We work year round on projects throughout the greater Madison and Dane County area.

We offer a great career path and have both flat work as well as walls projects to offer a great variety of work. Finishers will have the opportunity to perform hand and machine finishing, while laborers will do form work, rebar work, pour concrete, haul material, and have the ability to learn finishing.

We offer weekly pay, benefits, and medical, dental, vision, and health insurance. Pay is experience dependent and can range from $20-$30/hr to start with steady overtime available. These are long term and permanent positions that offer a lot of room to grow into a career and into management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of concrete or labor intensive construction experience

  • Hand tools and PPE

  • Awareness and Pride in workmanship

  • Good communication skills, reliability, accountability, and the desire to work hard and grow

  • Reliable transportation to work daily
