Order Entry Specialist

Duties:

Utilize our internal knowledge management system to find answers to questions. Respond to customer or partner emails in a concise, professional style. Perform final review of claims that fail automated processing edits to ensure service companies are paid in a timely manner. Enter or monitor parts orders. Process credits for dealer returns, parts shortages/damages. Perform miscellaneous office or parts packaging duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required

  • Computer literacy to include all Microsoft Office products

  • Experience in a business setting and prior customer service experience preferred

  • Strong phone and email communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently on a task

  • Good organizational skills and follow through

This is a contract position with a duration of 3-6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Madison, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Office based, looking for candidates to start ASAP.
