ZENDESK Product Manager in MADISON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Zendesk Remote, Wisconsin, United States of America R15288 Job Description We are currently looking for a Product Manager to drive our customers' experience of managing access controls and feature permissions within Zendesk. Our customers need flexible, granular permissions to grant every member of their team exactly the access they need without exposing sensitive information to the wrong parties, or causing confusion within their configuration. This role serves both a customer-facing audience, who use our UIs and APIs to complete their goals, and an internal facing audience, who integrate with the centralized Permissions Service to control permission decisions within their own products. As such, this job is integral and visible: critical to Zendesk's growth as an adaptable and mature product. What you bring to the role: Basic Qualifications: * 3 years or more of experience as a product, program, or engineering leader delivering software products. Preferred Qualifications: * You are opinionated and take initiative. You have preferences and are willing to speak up for them around many different partners from various backgrounds. * Above all else, a passion for delivering phenomenal products, and a deep intuitive ability to deliver people-centric solutions. * An ability to define and execute on a long-term strategy with incremental releases adding customer benefit at every stage. * Comfort with ambiguity. You enjoy the challenge that comes with making sense of complexity. * Ability to influence and galvanize. You know how to bring people together, and get people excited. * Outstanding communication skills. You know what to surface, when, and to whom. You adapt your message to your audience, understand complex technical issues and explain them simply. * Analytical approach with a real passion for data-driven decision making while understanding how to balance short and long term business, product, and customer outcomes * Creative thinking.
