JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: This is a clinical faculty (non-tenure) position within the Department of Medicine, Division of Rheumatology. The successful candidate will be engaged in providing clinical patient care at UW Health approved locations. Academic duties will include clinical teaching of fellows, residents and medical students and other scholarly participation. Responsibilities: For appointments hired on Clinical Track: Position responsibilities for patient care include clinical care for patients with rheumatic diseases at UW Health approved locations. Responsibilities will also include clinical teaching of medical students, residents and fellows, and other service appropriate to the position. For appointments hired on Clinical Health Sciences (CHS) Track: Provide patient care at UW Health approved location(s); provide clinical teaching to medical students and/or residents and fellows. Division of Rheumatology provides faculty with ample opportunities for medical education and scholarship. The successful applicant will participate in administrative and committee work to support the clinical and scholarly missions of UW Health and the School of Medicine and Public Health. An essential part of these duties will be working in a collegial relationship with other faculty members.
