JOB SUMMARY

As a key member of the Identity and Access Management team, the product owner will possess extensive experience and be responsible for developing and sustaining services related to IGA Application Onboarding and feature enhancements in alignment with organizational security policies and access governance requirements.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Required experience and skills:

  • 7+ years’ progressive and related industry experience

  • IGA services and how they integration into the boarder functional and technical identity management, for example: Authoritative Source integration, entitlement and role management, management of accounts at application or infrastructure layers, access reviews etc.

  • IGA services provide preventative and detective controls to an organization.

  • IGA Application Onboarding patterns

  • 5+ years’ experience implementation experience with one or more IGA technologies such as Saviynt or SailPoint IdentityIQ

  • 3+ years’ experience with support IGA controls through people, process or technology that developed understanding and working knowledge of:

Preferred :

  • Strong understanding of information security within Enterprise size organizations.

  • Experience of working within an outsourced and managed service IT delivery model

  • Experience with Agile delivery and the use of Jira

  • Hands-on management of the product including defining epics, business requirements elaboration, systems and process flow analysis, meeting critical milestones and deliverables that are time boxed

  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines, and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change that meets our goals.

  • Excellent communication and project administration skills.

  • Integration experience with Workday, Peoplesoft, Fieldglass or other Authoritative Sources

  • Integration experience with Active Directory, LDAPs, flat files, databases, servers, business applications or other target systems

  • Experience presenting technical concepts to a non-technical audience

  • Any operations or ITL or security certifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification

Core Responsibilities

  • Manages end to end application onboarding service and enhancements for the existing IGA solution:

  • Facilitates requirements gathering and defines Business, Functional, and non-functional requirements.

  • Drafts end-user training content and communications,

  • Performs training to end-users and support teams, support production deployments.

  • Manges scheduled Access Reviews

  • Participates in IGA audits and reviews access control reports to identify potential risks.

  • Provides training to new users on the IGA system.

  • Maintains documentation for the IGA program

  • Estimates integration level of effort and defines technical integration pattern.

  • Reviews design provided by technical team

  • Writes and executes functional testing

  • Facilitates user acceptance testing with Business stakeholders

  • Defines and executes training and communication approach engaging with Marriott’s Organizational change management teams.

  • Manages production deployment and postproduction support

  • Supports triaging and resolution of post deployment issues.

  • Refines Marriott’s IGA application onboarding service by;

  • Defining common onboarding requirements and standards

  • Defining common technical integration patterns and estimated level of effort

  • Representative SLA for the end-to-end integration effort

  • Works with IGA team, senior stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization

  • Champions leaders’ vision for product and service delivery.

  • Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.

  • Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates the quality of operations.

  • Communicates concepts in a clear and persuasive manner that is easy to understand.

  • Demonstrates an understanding of business priorities.

  • Provides recommendations to improve the effectiveness of processes and programs.

  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.

  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of function-specific procedures.

  • Applies knowledge/judgment to achieve business goals.

  • Foresees, identifies, and resolves problems.

  • Keeps up-to-date technically and applies new knowledge to job.

  • Performs other reasonable duties as required for this position.

California Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $96,038.00 to $209,169.00 annually.

Colorado Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $96,038.00 to $190,154.00 annually.

Hawaii Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $116,205.00 to $209,169.00 annually.

New York Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $96,038.00 to $209,169.00 annually.

Washington Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $96,038.00 to $209,169.00 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus. Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
