Position Overview Exact Science\'s Customer Experience (CX) team is responsible for defining, driving, and delivering innovative, immersive, memorable customer-centric journeys for all our customers, across all channels (digital and physical). These journeys are grouped by Experience Types (e.g., Patient, Provider, Web, and New Product) and further categorized into Value Streams (e.g., OneExact Web, Adherence, Provider Ordering). Each Experience has a set of specific, measurable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that the overall team is accountable to fulfill. In the role of Program Manager, you will be aligned to a specific Experience(s) to collaborate with the respective cross-functional teams to manage the delivery of a complex portfolio of digital-first, customer-centric initiatives that will comprise the Experience; ultimately ensuring that the team is positioned to deliver against the OKRs they are accountable for. In addition to managing the project portfolio, you will be working closely with a team of project and program managers across all CX Experience teams. This position ensures successful integration and communication between related initiatives within the portfolio and works in partnership with the Principle Program Manager and Experience Business Lead (i.e., the most senior Product Manager responsible for the Experience). This is a hands-on role that requires close collaboration across all levels and teams within Exact Sciences. This position must be onsite in Madison, Wi. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to: Collaborate with Experience Business Leads and other CX leaders to plan, allocate, and manage the Experience\'s resource allocations, budget, and timeline for physical and digital CX initiatives. Where applicable, maintain actionable project schedules - tracking baseline against actuals - and abstract project schedule into more digestible presentation.
